Always use a bowpress to install the
“WHISPER BUDDIES” Not using a bowpress or some type of tension
reduction device can damage the bowstring
- Put the bow or crossbow in a bow press or other tension reduction
device and compress bow.
- Separate the bowstring equally into four sections.
We recommend 1 twist per 1 to 1.5 inches of bowstring to ensure
proper installation.
- Install the Whisper Buddy between 2-4 inches from the cam or wheel so
that each separated section will run through its own string channel.
- Optimize your arrow speed by changing the position of the whisper
buddy(ies) closer or further from the cam/wheel.
